I have some exciting news to share. One of my Delmarva fox squirrel images photographed at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge on the Eastern Shore of Virginia was published in the spring issue of National Wildlife Magazine. My image is published as a full page size in print for the featured article in the spring issue.
My image of the Delmarva fox squirrel will appear in print in the magazine, in the digital edition of the magazine, and in the online version of the article at www.nwf.org/nw.
My image is part of the feature article of the spring issue called Delmarvalous by Lynne Warren, a Maryland writer. This article is about how The Delmarva fox squirrel came back from the edge of extinction—and it’s still gaining ground. This is a great article on the comeback of the fox squirrels on the Delmarva Peninsula.

Let’s preserve and conserve our natural world!!!
Thank you for reading my Field Notes Blog, and I hope you will share this post with others.
All the very best,
Lori
